If you have registered for the 2024 Annual Assembly, you can save 20% on State of the Science registration! Please check your Annual Assembly confirmation email for details or contact AAHPM Member Services at 847.375.4712.

The State of the Science in Hospice and Palliative Care offers a maximum of 7.0 Accredited Continuing Education Credits for successful participation in the live conference event. The number of CME/NCPD credits are subject to change upon faculty availability.
Attendees will have until April 30, 2024 at 11:59pm PT to claim CE credits.
