AAHPM has secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at a special discounted rate. The expiration of the special rate is July 19, 2022 or when AAHPM’s room block has been filled. After that time, higher rates may apply.

Vaccination Requirement

Please make sure to upload your proof of vaccination prior to coming to Louisville. Attendees will receive an invitation from SafeAccess with a unique link to set up your secure portal to upload your vaccination records.

Follow these steps to ensure your vaccination requirement is submitted correctly:

  1. Accept your Health & Safety Invitation from SafeAccess. Please make sure to add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to your contacts so the email doesn't go to your spam folder.
  2. Enter the event portal by clicking on the link in the email and creating a password.
  3. Complete your Check-In by uploading proof of your vaccination.
  4. Once verified, you will receive your Digital Health Pass via Email. You will need to show this at registration to pick up your badge.
