PCQC Aims to Improve the Care and Well-Being of Those Dealing With Serious Illness

Palliative care data is being leveraged in new ways with the efforts of the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative (PCQC), a 501(c)(3) organization set to launch a unified data registry across palliative care. PCQC was created with support from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, the Cambia Health Foundation, and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine in partnership with the Center to Advance Palliative Care and the National Palliative Care Research Center, the Global Palliative Care Quality Alliance (GPCQA), Four Seasons, and the Palliative Care Quality Network (PCQN). PCQC partnered with ArborMetrix to develop and support the data platform.
