Who We Are: D+I Survey Reveals Issues, Opportunities for Growth

A sign posted near the We Are Wall in the large, open rotunda of the convention center during the Annual Assembly in Boston reminded attendees what makes the field of hospice and palliative care unique and special. It stated:

“We are a community of diverse individuals united in support of a common cause to improve the lives of those living with serious illness.

We are from many different cultures, communities and walks of life joined together to improve care for all patients and their families.”
