HMDCB Continuing Certification Program

The HMDCB Continuing Certification Program (CCP) application is now open! Certificants who initially became certified in 2016 or 2017 are eligible to apply. Below are the 2022 CCP cycle dates:

Early Bird Deadline: August 5, 2022 (Save $200 in late fees.)
Application Closes: August 26, 2022
CCP Testing Window: September 20–October 24, 2022

To apply for renewal, please review the CCP requirements at www.hmdcb.org/Continuing-Certification. Due to the timing of the CCP rollout, physicians certified in the first 3 years (2014–2016) have reduced requirements for their first renewal cycle. Visit www.hmdcb.org/reduced to learn more.
